If you're looking to experience a wonderful day Fishing Lake Erie, the “Erie Drifter” is a custom built 30′ SportCraft, 1st of its kind, loaded with all the bells and whistles! Her 315 horsepower turbo charged Yanmar Diesal allows this roomy legend to cruise at 21 knots while just sipping fuel. The fish in general seem to be moving farther away from our Lake Erie shores and we must run further and faster to get you a safe Quality Fishing Charter. We utilize only the best fishing equipment that the industry offers: Raymarine, Furuno Color fishfinders, Raymarine Auto Pilots and Radar. Our trolling arsenal starts with Tekota Shimano linecounter reels, Talora Shimano rods and custom built planner boards. The lure boxes are stuffed with Reef Runner lures and Stinger spoons in every color, plus custom colors specifically designed for our local waters. The casting and drifting outfits consist of Pfluger Arbor spinning reels accompanied with the legendary HMG Fenwick rods. Our Fishing Charters on Lake Erie are known as a 302 Express, it is built for the Angler who knows that the right fishing platform along with comfort offers a successful Lake Erie Fishing Trip. With a sturdy fiberglass enclosure and a roomy cabin everyday is a good day for fishing no matter what the weather brings. The 302 Express is loaded with all the needed fishing features starting with the largest cockpit in its class. Not all boats offering to take you fishing are licensed charter boats. The boats we use are all inspected by U.S. Coast Guard yearly, to insure that we carry all safety equipment aboard and that its working properly. You have probably never been on a fishing expedition like Erie Drifter Fishing Charters before, and once you have tried it, you will be hooked. The only disappointed clients we have are the ones that wait too long to call only to find out the date they want is already booked!
